Innovative Work Behavior: An association of Leadership Styles, Job Autonomy, and Employee Proactive Behavior

The goal of this study is to examine the function job autonomy, proactive employee behaviour, and prestige & dominance leadership styles as an interpreter innovative work behaviour. sample research was taken from 269 employees public power generation plants independent producers Pakistan using a purposive sampling technique. Using Smart-PLS 3.0 statistical tool, data processed, hypotheses were verified structural equation modelling (SEM). results show that all are supported, behavior, emphasise have positive significant impact on Findings provided practical understandings for in electricity companies consider style, behavior increasing behavior. This could contribute improve innovation index country.
