INPUT-PROCESS-OUTPUT-OUTCOME QUALITY IN MANAGING EDUCATION IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

This paper documents an analysis result of various research articles that discuss aspects educational quality, either the quality input, process, output, and outcome. The are analyzed 20 from 2014-2022, which were accredited nationally non-SINTA. It aims to determine influence role education take place in institution on management elementary schools. type is a literature review using systematic scheme provides overview article publications with number data searches at 30 articles. After conducting match criteria. results reveal there 9 SINTA 3, 2 2, 3 4, 5, 4 non-SINTA Of analyzed, 14 discussed input aspects, process 1 input-process output aspects. indicate school principals teachers have positive significant managing Nevertheless, still lack outcome education.
