Instruments for ensuring the balanced development of maritime and inland waterway transport in Ukraine

In this paper, present the appropriate tools for balanced development of maritime and inland waterway transport in Ukraine to ensure implementation country’s economic, social environmental plans. Using statistical data, main indicators are systematized, which indicate a lack technical base high-quality Ukraine, irrational use territory water area ports, their infrastructure, routes, as well decrease business entities, negatively affects economy country. This points need stimulate increase number jobs, improve living conditions population, curb migration processes retain qualified personnel, unload land transport, save money on road repairs. Therefore, order plans, an instrumental-logical model has been developed co-evolutionary is based institutional, legal, financial, economic information communication tools.
