Abstract This paper presents an efficient numerical method to solve systems of nonlinear algebraic equations. The uses a homotopy simplicial approach associated with integer algorithm. algorithm is discussed in detail and supplemented original procedures that play essential role during computation. fundamental problem initial simplex generation was solved using the bounded variable optimization method. Efficient root finding equations has wide applications mathematics various engineering problems. proposed applied arise diagnostics multiple parametric faults electronic circuits. Circuits made surface mount technology were considered, as well circuits designed complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor bipolar technology. A universal diagnostic procedure enables testing different circuit classes standard measurement equipment. Laboratory experiments demonstrate effective.
