Integrating evidence-based nursing teaching in the Child Care and Nursing study subject and in the Pediatric Nursing Practice

Evidence-based nursing is one of the newest paradigms in nursing. Its application means that future nurses need to know how obtain reliable evidence, match it with their clinical competence and needs values patient. Appropriate content for training evidence-based ensures have a positive attitude towards its child care nursing.
 Aim. To validate theoretically empirically possibilities teaching Child Care Nursing study subject Pediatric Practice.
 A three-phase action research was conducted mixed-methods approach. Interviews questionnaire survey were conducted. Interview data analysed using qualitative analysis. The an independent samples t-test significance level p < 0.05. participants 74 students second year study.
 Results conclusions. curriculum practice has been developed teach steps tasks enhance students' learning Two iterative cycles carried out renewed course Practice. student at end training.
 Students scored highest on skills disseminating information colleagues, applying evidence evaluating performance. Meanwhile, more emphasis should be placed understand formulation questions critically evaluate evidence.
