چکیده
Uzmanlaşma ve kompartımanlara ayrılma akademinin her alanında bütüncül bakıştan kopmayı beraberinde getirmektir. Bu kopuş, tıp eğitiminde hekimlik pratiğinde de ortaya çıkmış sonucunda hem hekim hasta için tıbbi uygulamalarda tatminsizliği çıkarmıştır. tatminsizlik, uygulamalarının sonuçlarını da etkileyebilecek bir parametre olarak dikkat çekmektedir.İnsan vücudunun zihninin değerlendirilmesindeki eksikliğin çıkardığı sorunlar sosyal düzlemde değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmalıdır.Biz bu çalışmamızda, tıbbın kopmasının tarihsel sürecini buradaki eksiği gidermeye yönelik yeni yaklaşımları koyduk.
