Intelligent Radio Signal Processing: A Survey

چکیده

Intelligent signal processing for wireless communications is a vital task in modern systems, but it faces new challenges because of network heterogeneity, diverse service requirements, massive number connections, and various radio characteristics. Owing to recent advancements big data computing technologies, artificial intelligence (AI) has become useful tool enabled the realization intelligent processing. This survey covers four topics physical layer, including modulation classification, detection, beamforming, channel estimation. In particular, each theme presented dedicated section, starting with most fundamental principles, followed by review up-to-date studies summary. To provide necessary background, we first present brief overview AI techniques such as machine learning, deep federated learning. Finally, highlight research future directions area We expect this be good source information anyone interested processing, perspectives therein will stimulate many more novel ideas contributions future.
