INTERDIFFUSION OF Mo AND W UNDER IN-PILE IRRADIATION CONDITIONS

چکیده

The study has established that reactor radiation leads to a significant increase of interdiffusion coefficients in Mo - W alloy compared thermally activated diffusion at temperatures ~1500°С. Furthermore, weakening their concentration dependence is observed. approximation procedure developed this work allowed approximating experimental data for each sample using variation only one parameter. It been demonstrated the interaction molybdenum and tungsten nuclei with fast neutrons as well hard gamma quanta may cause observed effects.
