Interpretable Neural Subgraph Matching for Graph Retrieval

چکیده
Given a query graph and database of corpus graphs, retrieval system aims to deliver the most relevant graphs. Graph based on subgraph matching has wide variety applications, e.g., molecular fingerprint detection, circuit design, software analysis, question answering. In such is graph, if (perfectly or approximately) graph. Existing neural models compare node embeddings query-corpus pairs, compute relevance scores between them. However, may not provide edge consistency Moreover, they predominantly use symmetric scores, which are appropriate in context matching, since underlying score search should be measured using partial order induced by subgraph-supergraph relationship. Consequently, show poor performance matching. response, we propose ISONET, novel interpretable alignment formulation, better able learn edge-consistent mapping necessary for ISONET incorporates new scoring mechanism enforces an asymmetric score, specifically tailored ISONET’s design enables it directly identify given Our experiments diverse datasets that outperforms recent formulations systems. Additionally, can alignments pairs during inference, despite being trained only binary labels whole graphs training, without any fine-grained ground truth information about alignments.

Algorithms for Graph Similarity and Subgraph Matching
We deal with two independent but related problems, those of graph similarity and subgraph matching, which are both important practical problems useful in several fields of science, engineering and data analysis. For the problem of graph similarity, we develop and test a new framework for solving the problem using belief propagation and related ideas. For the subgraph matching problem, we develo...
متن کاملGraph Matching for Shape Retrieval
This paper describes a Bayesian graph matching algorithm for data-mining from large structural data-bases. The matching algorithm uses edge-consistency and node attribute similarity to determine the a posteriori probability of a query graph for each of the candidate matches in the data-base. The node feature-vectors are constructed by computing normalised histograms of pairwise geometric attrib...
متن کاملSubgraph Pattern Neural Networks for High-Order Graph Evolution Prediction
In this work we generalize traditional node/link prediction tasks in dynamic heterogeneous networks, to consider joint prediction over larger k-node induced subgraphs. Our key insight is to incorporate the unavoidable dependencies in the training observations of induced subgraphs into both the input features and the model architecture itself via high-order dependencies. The strength of the repr...
متن کاملDecomposition Techniques for Subgraph Matching
In the constraint programming framework, state-of-the-art static and dynamic decomposition techniques are hard to apply to problems with complete initial constraint graphs. For such problems, we propose a hybrid approach of these techniques in the presence of global constraints. In particular, we solve the subgraph isomorphism problem. Further we design specific heuristics for this hard problem...
متن کاملShape Retrieval by Inexact Graph Matching
This paper describes a graph-matching technique for recognising line-pattern shapes in large image databases. The methodological contribution of the paper is to develop a Bayesian matching algorithm that uses edge-consistency and node attribute similarity. This information is used to determine the a posteriori probability of a query graph for each of the candidate matches in the database. The n...
