Intersectoral network professionals’ perspective on educational intervention to coping with gender violence

Abstract Objective to identify professionals’ perception about a qualifying educational intervention cope with gender violence. Method qualitative study, carried out 28 professionals from Casas da Mulher Brasileira: Brasília (Distrito Federal), Campo Grande (Mato Grosso do Sul) and Curitiba (Paraná). Data collection took place through Critical-emancipatory Workshops, between October 2020 2021. Speeches were subjected thematic content analysis, the images analyzed using documentary interpretation method, support of software. Results psychologists, social workers administrative technicians participated in most whom had more than four years work experience institution. Four empirical categories emerged analyses: Educational as motivation for knowledge construction; The importance group dynamics collaborative learning; active methodology tool professional recognition; possibility (re)think practice.
