چکیده

Abstract Trueperella pyogenes is an opportunistic pathogen causing important diseases including mastitis and metritis in domestic animals such as dairy cows leading to prominent economic losses food production industry. The aim of this study was investigate bacterial species, antimicrobial susceptibility, presence virulence factor genes genotyping T . isolates associated with summer cases from 22 different farms around Tehran, Iran. Fifty‐five percent clinical symptoms infected by pyogenesis indicated that the most contributor present study. A significant correlation illustrated between isolated pathogen, biochemical patterns, utter types. Multidrug resistance susceptibility observed need for prudent use antimicrobials treatment caused increased concerning consumer health recent problems resistance. categorization implemented into seven clonal related types COX‐PCR at 80% similarity cutoff significance relationship types, CAMP test result sampling time profile. Regarding results obtained study, can be considered typically cause purulent acute form bovine loss productivity. Further studies more sample size high‐throughput omic methods various areas are suggested precisely.

Phenotypic antimicrobial susceptibility and occurrence of selected resistance genes in gram-positive mastitis pathogens isolated from Wisconsin dairy cows.

In the United States, few intramammary antimicrobials exist that are approved for treatment of bovine mastitis; thus, ensuring judicious use of these products is a priority. The objectives of this study were to determine phenotypic susceptibility and presence of selected antimicrobial resistance genes from staphylococci, streptococci, and streptococcal-like organisms recovered from cases of cli...

Etiology and antimicrobial susceptibility of udder pathogens from cases of subclinical mastitis in dairy cows in Sweden

BACKGROUND A nationwide survey on the microbial etiology of cases of subclinical mastitis in dairy cows was carried out on dairy farms in Sweden. The aim was to investigate the microbial panorama and the occurrence of antimicrobial resistance. Moreover, differences between newly infected cows and chronically infected cows were investigated. METHODS In total, 583 quarter milk samples were coll...

Characteristics of staphylococci isolated from clinical and subclinical mastitis cows in Shahrekord, Iran

Staphylococci isolated from 98 mastitic cow’s milk samples were analyzed for the production of alpha, beta and delta-hemolysin on sheep, bovine and horse red blood cells and in vitro susceptibility to several antimicrobial agents. Out of a total of 18 isolated strains, 100% demonstrated hemolytic activity either alone or in combined forms. Among 8 isolates of S. aureus 3 isolates produced α/β an...

Identification of nonlipophilic corynebacteria isolated from dairy cows with mastitis.

Nonlipophilic corynebacteria associated with clinical and subclinical mastitis in dairy cows were found to belong to four species: Corynebacterium amycolatum, Corynebacterium ulcerans, Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis, and Corynebacterium minutissimum. These species may easily be confused. However, clear-cut differences between C. ulcerans and C. pseudotuberculosis were found in their acid pr...
