Investigation of the Factors Affecting Open and Distance Education Learners’ Intentions to Use a Virtual Laboratory

چکیده
Laboratories, which are an integral part of education in disciplines that require hands-on training and application, can now be presented using new technologies, application activities realized at a distance. In this study, virtual laboratories (VLs) discussed, factors affecting the students’ intention to use VLs investigated. The study was conducted within laboratory applications circuit analysis associate degree program distance teaching university Turkey. used exploratory sequential design approach, learners’ intentions VL were examined framework technology acceptance model (TAM). Content for qualitative data, partial least squares structural equation quantitative data. As result developed TAM-based research is useful conceptual towards understanding explaining usage. results will guide institutions integrate effectively into process increase disseminate by learners.
