Common bean is a species belonging to the Phaseolus genus of Leguminosae family. It has economic importance due being rich in protein, vitamin A and C, minerals. Being one most cultivated legumes, determination genetic diversity genotypes or populations an important role terms our resources. The objective this study was evaluate structure 94 which were different parts world country with SSR SNP markers. 10 loci 73 primers used for commercial cultivars breeding lines. All found be polymorphic. total 89 alleles identified loci. Mean number per locus (Na = 8.9), effective allele (Ne 3.731), Shannon information index (I 1.468), observed heterozygosity (Ho 0.023), expected (He 0.654) calculated based on analysis.
