Is non-particle dark matter equation of state parameter evolving with time?

Recently, the so-called Hubble Tension, i.e. mismatch between local and cosmological measurements of parameter, has been resolved when non-particle dark matter is considered which a negative equation state parameter ($\omega \approx -0.01$). We investigate if such candidate can successfully describe galactic flat rotation curves. It found that curve feature puts stringent constraint on $\omega$ $\omega -0.01$ not consistent with rotational curves, observed around galaxies. However, dynamic may overcome tension without affecting feature.
