Isolasi bakteri kandidat probiotik Bacillus sp dan aplikasinya pada larva udang windu (Penaeus monodon Fab.)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi bakteri kandidat probiotik Bacillus sp yang efektif menghambat perkembangan V. harveyi, dan sintasan larva udang windu. Penelitian terdiri atas 3 tahap, tahap pertama isolasi kateri, kedua karakterisasi ketiga aplikasi pada fase nauplius-PL2. menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), uji daya hambat dilakukan pengukuran luas zona secara in vivo, patogenitas dengan vivo tiga jenis terhadap udang, efektivitas dari probiotik. Tiga untuk isolat , ditambah kontrol. Data dianalisis statistik, perlakuan menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dilanjutkan DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test). Parameter diamati pathogenisitas post ( ), Hasil diperoleh 37 isolat, 6 diantaranya potensial harveyi atau sekitar 16% total isolat. Uji windu tidak patogen hewan uji. efektifitas konsentrasi berbeda media pemeliharaan berpengaruh dibanding kontrol, tetapi (p<0,05). Isolat cfu/ml sebagai dapat meningkatkan 58,83%.
