It’s Happy Hour Somewhere: Videoconferencing Guidelines for Traversing Time and Space

چکیده
Time seems to be moving at lightning speed with busyness unsustainably being “celebrated” and not allowing for sufficiently deep interaction learning content, others, the experience of which we are part, including our interactions in videoconferencing sessions. One benefit is that it can address time distance boundaries. With this advantage also comes a challenge - pressures used purposefully often negatively impact online digital wellness its participants. Considering that, reported study inquired: what guidelines relation temporal space support higher education? Drawing on systematic review relevant literature last decade, have been distilled promote design videoconferencing-based conducive successful while maintaining well-being. The article organizes findings according categories identified through secondary data analysis three preceding studies. Based upon 42 articles met inclusion exclusion criteria first phase research design, negotiated determined thirteen guideline themes described as management, essentialism, purposefulness, agility, social presence, attention, inclusion, cooperation, respect, technology preparedness, creativity, evaluation, safety. Further recommended explore various aspects more depth tackle less frequently addressed safety, focusing pedagogy human-centred approaches.

It’s five o’clock somewhere: An examination of the association between happy hour drinking and negative consequences
BACKGROUND This study aims to understand which young adults' drinking behaviors change in the presence of happy hour specials, the ways in which they change, and whether a link exists between happy hour drinking behavior and negative outcomes. METHODS Using data collected from bar-going respondents (n = 1,423) within a print survey administered to a general college sample (n = 2,349), we iden...

متن کاملEstimating Oil Products Demand by State-space Model and Relevant Guidelines for Price Liberalization
The purpose of this paper is to estimate oil products demand by the state-space model, taking into account the implications for price liberalization using the Kalman filter technique in the framework of a time-varying pattern. For this purpose, we use the data of the Energy Balance Sheet and the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company during the period of 1994-2017. Our model res...
متن کاملTraversing Knowledge Graphs in Vector Space
Path queries on a knowledge graph can be used to answer compositional questions such as “What languages are spoken by people living in Lisbon?”. However, knowledge graphs often have missing facts (edges) which disrupts path queries. Recent models for knowledge base completion impute missing facts by embedding knowledge graphs in vector spaces. We show that these models can be recursively applie...
متن کاملMeeting Descartes and Klein Somewhere in a Noncommutative Space
We combine the coordinate method and Erlangen program in the framework of noncommutative geometry through an investigation of symmetries of noncommutative coordinate algebras. As the model we use the coherent states construction and the wavelet transform in functional spaces. New examples are a three dimensional spectrum of a non-normal matrix and a quantisation procedure from symplectomorphisms.
