Keterkaitan Antara Job Insecurity dan Perceived Organizational Support dengan Job Burnout di Masa Pandemi

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan job insecurity dengan burnout. Hipotesis mayor dari adanya Sedangkan minor pada : (H1) Ada positif (H2) negatif menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil pengujian analisis regresi dua predictor menunjukkan Rx1x2y = 0,341 F 3,752 p 0,029 (p<0,05). Artinya ada yang signifikan satu diuji teknik korelasi product moment. uji hipotesis burnout, dimana nilai rx1y 0,332 0,000 (p<0,01). Pada rx2y -0,108 juga R square sebesar 0,116. mempengaruhi burnout 11,8%, sisanya 88,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
