چکیده
The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) coinfection has been observed in a number of nations it is connected with illness death. paper studies reaction–diffusion within-host Mtb/SARS-CoV-2 model immunity. This explores the connections between uninfected epithelial cells, latently Mtb-infected productively SARS-CoV-2-infected free Mtb particles, SARS-CoV-2 virions, CTLs. basic properties model’s solutions are verified. All equilibrium points essential conditions for their existence calculated. global stability these equilibria established by adopting compatible Lyapunov functionals. theoretical outcomes enhanced implementing numerical simulations. It found that mirror single infection states Mtb. threshold determine movement from monoinfection to state need be tested when developing new treatments coinfected patients. impact diffusion coefficients should monitored at beginning as affects initial distribution particles space.

Reaction rates for mesoscopic reaction-diffusion kinetics.
The mesoscopic reaction-diffusion master equation (RDME) is a popular modeling framework frequently applied to stochastic reaction-diffusion kinetics in systems biology. The RDME is derived from assumptions about the underlying physical properties of the system, and it may produce unphysical results for models where those assumptions fail. In that case, other more comprehensive models are bette...
متن کاملA numerical treatment of a reaction-diffusion model of spatial pattern in the embryo
In this work the mathematical model of a spatial pattern in chemical and biological systems is investigated numerically. The proposed model considered as a nonlinear reaction-diffusion equation. A computational approach based on finite difference and RBF-collocation methods is conducted to solve the equation with respect to the appropriate initial and boundary conditions. The ability and robust...
متن کاملRandom channel kinetics for reaction-diffusion systems
A random channel approach is developed for reaction-diffusion processes in disordered systems. Although the starting point of our research is the kinetic study of the decay and preservation of marine organic carbon, our approach can be used for describing other disordered kinetic catalytic processes with random pathways. We consider a generic catalytic mechanism with two species: a) a catalyst,...
متن کاملReaction rates for reaction-diffusion kinetics on unstructured meshes.
The reaction-diffusion master equation is a stochastic model often utilized in the study of biochemical reaction networks in living cells. It is applied when the spatial distribution of molecules is important to the dynamics of the system. A viable approach to resolve the complex geometry of cells accurately is to discretize space with an unstructured mesh. Diffusion is modeled as discrete jump...
