Knowledge Map of Urban Morphology and Thermal Comfort: A Bibliometric Analysis Based on CiteSpace

In the context of global climate change, urban morphology is closely related to thermal comfort and contributes sustainable development. Academics started pay attention topics carried out many studies during last decades. This paper aims summarize research achievements development track for future studies. The Web Science database CiteSpace were used in this conduct a bibliometric analysis 556 fields from 1993 2020. Using three-level co-occurrence 446 keywords, 1187 cocited literature clusters, 15 landmark studies, mainstream frameworks identified. results show that with increasing participation disciplines such as computer science, ecology, chemistry, purpose will shift focus on anthropogenic heat emissions, energy consumption, air pollution, other aspects, new tools be needed. addition building-scale block-scale morphology, urban-scale green infrastructure become future. study provides systematic review about comfort, which can inspire researchers policy makers.
