چکیده

AIM: to estimate results of minimally invasive laser procedures for pilonidal disease. PATIENTS AND METHODS: the prospective randomized multicenter study included 154 patients with chronic and 76 acute inflammation sinus. Patients were blindly divided into equal groups by simple randomization. group A underwent coagulation curettage sinus, in B — sinus excision, C through a wound, D abscess opening. Laser radiation diode device wavelength 1.56 microns power 10–15 W was used. RESULTS: recurrence rate 1 year after 5.2%. Significant advantages (lower pain level, wound infection rate, treatment duration, time healing) excision revealed (p < 0.05 all). Ultrasound control procedure showed that infiltrative changes tissues postoperative area significantly less common, as well scar deformities intergluteal 0.0001; p = 0.006).No significant differences healing between 0.8). In D, secondary fistula detected 10.5% month follow-up required later. The disease remission lowest 0.01). Morphometry ultrasound infiltration without fluid structures surgical site 7.9% patients, 23.7%. СONCLUSION: has number over traditional procedures. These methods can become alternative options regimen “one-day surgery”.
