چکیده
Matrixproduktionssysteme haben eine hohe Flexibilität bei gleichzeitig hoher Produktivität. Sie bestehen aus frei anfahrbaren Prozessmodulen. Bei großen Produkten, vielen Montageschritten und einer begrenzten Fläche ist die Planung dieser Prozessmodule aufgrund der Freiheitsgrade Restriktionen noch sehr aufwendig. In diesem Beitrag wird Methode vorgestellt, den Planungsaufwand durch Zuordnung Prozesse zu Lean-Line- Flex-Abschnitten reduziert. Matrix production systems combine high flexibility with productivity. They consist of freely accessible process modules. With large products, many assembly steps, and a limited area, the planning these modules becomes very complex undertaking due to degrees freedom restrictions. This paper presents method reduce effort by assigning processes lean-line flex sections.
