Learning Responsibility - Teaching Sustainability. Experiential and Transformative Learning in a Business School

The emerging concept of responsible research and innovation (RRI) in some ways always relates to sustainability. In the transition towards sustainability, authors need build responsibility for both society environment higher education management education. Non-formal approaches learning provide an opportunity transform a student’s ‘head, heart hand’, including at social level as well. This paper showcases role experiential transformative practice. Two their courses are described analysed, which intended familiarise students with problem sustainability within economic share theoretical practical experiences designing, teaching assessing these courses. They aim contribute discussion on how business could be producing useful credible knowledge that addresses problems important nature society.
