Learning to learn: pathway to practice

چکیده

University students need to adapt the changing demand of professional practices. This concern has informed development graduate attributes and pedagogical concepts – such as long-term learning which inform curriculum. paper draws on two research exercises conducted in collaboration with both alumni field design, provide a better understanding students' awareness transferable skills embedded their university courses determine how relevant these might be practice. The students’ alumni’s voice is key this project exemplified through specific quotes. Critically reflecting comments about journey from student practitioner enables us discuss capabilities identified, order nurture resilience changes workplace proficiency ‘learning learn’: practical knowledge, collaboration, communication adaptability.
