Legal regulation of the family members’ entrepreneurial activity and inheritance relations: law enforcement problems

The problem of transition in the line business assets and obligations succession with regard to norms civil, family law represents an important legal as for matter succession. Russian legislation does not determine a single entity, there exists no special regulation well term “entrepreneurial succession”. doctrine gives reasonable conclusion that “practices recent past reveal substantial problems marital regimes under digital transformation economy”. Inheriting different properties can be collectively referred sphere entrepreneurial activity causes many similar field enforcement. Determining particularities inheritance relations complicated activities order ensure efficient debts enforcement stability. methodological base present scientific research is represented by system general specific methods techniques, including historical method, logical method analysis research, comparative statistical functional-structural synthesis, specification, empirical theoretical i.e. analogy, deduction. authors suppose conditions world financial crisis consequences coronavirus pandemic small businesses are most vulnerable, businesses. believe modern lawyer must have systemic knowledge application civil law, on basis convergence principle law. use rather broad allows determining essential members’ from point view resolution. As regulations application, joint-stock company supposed certain mechanisms protection its interests terms shares inheritance.
