Loan Delinquency: Some Determining Factors

چکیده
The main objective of this paper is to investigate the determining factors loan delinquencies from perspective borrower attributes and characteristics. Empirical results indicated that borrower-lender distance factor, collateral, education levels as well availability a monthly budget are having significant effects on delinquencies. On other hand, level income gender have no impact repayment behaviour. Credit good it allows borrowers financial flexibility, however, debt viewed bad if was not managed properly. Therefore, correct attitude towards credit management self-discipline can be encouraged reduce default rates.
