Local input‐to‐state stability analysis on compact set for disturbance observer‐based uncertain multivariable nonlinear control systems

Abstract This article proposes a local input‐to‐state stability (LISS) analysis as practical approach. In existing LISS approaches, region including state trajectory is not specified, and the decrement of Lyapunov function must be guaranteed in entire domain system state. reduces advantage by limiting region, limits class systems for which can guaranteed. To expand guaranteed, on compact set (LISS LF CS) proposed to guarantee LISS. By using CS, containing was revealed condition relaxed. addition, convergence rate steady error bound were determined with CS. The (ISS) analyzed multivariable disturbance observer‐based control ISS LFs, respectively. advantages are demonstrated comparing conditions. analytical results verified conducting numerical simulations.
