The capabilities of a quadcopter in the hover mode for low-altitude sensing atmospheric turbulence with high spatial resolution urban areas characterized by complex orography are investigated. studies were carried out different seasons (winter, spring, summer, and fall), hovered immediate vicinity ultrasonic weather stations. DJI Phantom 4 Pro AMK-03 stations installed places studied territory used experiment. smoothing procedure was to study behavior longitudinal lateral spectra inertial energy production ranges. scales estimated least-square fit method von Karman model as regression curve. It is shown that obtained generally coincide, minor differences observed high-frequency region spectrum. In range, shows they obey Kolmogorov–Obukhov “5/3” law. their ratio measured agree good accuracy. Discrepancies data at explained partial correlation wind velocity series measurement points influence inhomogeneous surface.
