چکیده
Chronic low back pain (CLBP) is a worldwide epidemic, with prevalence rate of 75–84% in developed countries. With the increasing, health-care professionals must question current best practice guidelines. In 2014, spinal neurosurgeon and rehabilitation specialist Dr. David Johnson unique program referred to as NearoHAB®. The program’s uniqueness founded on principle that effective eliminate root cause symptoms. NeuroHAB® 8-week Movement therapy aims reverse movement dysfunction by restoring central nervous system-derived motor patterns based proficient spinopelvic biomechanics for bending activities daily living. To date, no other methodology adopts cause-based clinical model symptoms or includes framework what healthy lumbar pelvic should resemble. Over course program, each participant gradually upskilled, developing new default proficiency improved biomechanics, efforts downregulate pain, improve disability, increase functional capacity, creating positive feedback loop further progress. leading this study “How does movement-based impact chronic pain?” Ten sets details were selected at random retrieved from database 2020. All participants presented CLBP, two oswestry disability index (ODI) scores documented – first beginning second after intervention. ODI collated pre- post-program results measured compared quantitatively through paired t-test determine statistical significance improvement. Results showed two-tailed P=0.05 indicating there was significant difference between post-data (0.0024). post-group intervention means 25.80 13.30, respectively, resulting 12.50 (95% CI: 5.73–19.27); determining mean data post-intervention decreased 48.4496%. support alternative hypothesis, concluding an represented reduction LBP scores.

The effects of prone bridge exercise on the Oswestry disability index and proprioception of patients with chronic low back pain
[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of bridge exercises on the Oswestry disability index (ODI) scores and proprioception among patients with chronic low back pain (CLBP). [Subjects and Methods] A total of 38 patients participated in this study. After eight weeks of bridge exercise, the joint position angle of the body trunk was measured and the ODI was used in surv...

[Purpose] This study investigated the effect of exhalation exercises on trunk muscle activity and Oswestry Disability Index by inducing trunk muscle activity through increasing intra-abdominal pressure and activating muscles, contributing to spinal stability. [Subjects and Methods] This intervention program included 20 male patients with chronic low back pain. A total of 10 subjects each were r...

متن کاملSmall Ball Exercise Program for Patients With Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain: A Randomized Clinical Trial
Purpose: Low back pain (LBP) is one of the main causes of disability in adults. Approximately 80% of LBPs lead to chronic nonspecific low back pain (CNSLBP). Damages to back region may be due to weak musculoskeletal structure, impaired muscle or joint flexibility, changes in muscle tone, and reduced strength and endurance. A set of exercises by small ball was designed by the corresponding and f...
متن کاملDisability and back muscle fatigability changes following two therapeutic exercise interventions in participants with recurrent low back pain
BACKGROUND The level of disability and endurance of back muscles have been investigated, but there is conflicting evidence following specific exercise interventions for participants with recurrent low back pain (LBP). The purpose of this study was to compare the level of disability and slope of median frequency (MF) of thoracic and lumbar erector spinae (ES) muscles following core stabilization...
