Pc1 geomagnetic pulsations, equivalent to electromagnetic ion cyclotron waves in the magnetosphere, display a specific amplitude modulation, though region of modulation remains an open issue. To classify whether has magnetospheric or ionospheric origin, isolated proton aurora (IPA), which is proxy wave-particle interactions, compared with associated for conjugate pair, Halley Research Base Antarctica and Nain Canada.
