Effect of Cobalt Concentration on Structural and Magnetic Properties of Co-Fe Thin Films

Co-Fe films were electrodeposited on Cu substrate from electrolytes with different Co concentration  levels. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used  to  investigate  the  films  crystal  structures.
