Magnetization Vector Inversion Based on Amplitude and Gradient Constraints

چکیده

Magnetization vector inversion has been developed since it can increase accuracy due to the unknown magnetization direction caused by remanence. However, three components of total magnetizations are simultaneously inverted and then synthesized into magnitude direction, which increases inherent non-uniqueness inversion. The positions originally consistent. If there is a lack constraints between them during process, they may be misaligned, resulting in large deviation model ground truth. To address this issue at same time edges models, paper proposes scheme with its gradients’ sparse Lp norm functions based on amplitude instead single component improve result. evaluate performance, an improved evaluation index also proposed paper, better shape, position model. method recover models higher compared traditional methods, indicated indexes. 3D gravity data-space inversion with sparseness and bound constraints

One of the most remarkable basis of the gravity data inversion is the recognition of sharp boundaries between an ore body and its host rocks during the interpretation step. Therefore, in this work, it is attempted to develop an inversion approach to determine a 3D density distribution that produces a given gravity anomaly. The subsurface model consists of a 3D rectangular prisms of known sizes ...

Linearized Rays , Amplitude and Inversion

In this paper, ray theoretical amplitudes and travel times are calculated in slightly perturbed velocity models using perturbation analysis. Also, test inversions using travel time and amplitude are computed. The perturbation method is tested using a 3-D velocity model for NORSAR having velocity variations up to 8.0 percent. The perturbed amplitudes are found to be in excellent agreement with t...

Geologic Constraints on Seismic Inversion

Velocity model estimation from seismic data using prestack depth migration is an un-derdetermined problem: there are many subtly diierent models which are not kinematically equivalent. As these models can give rise to dramatically diierent interpretations and decisions there is a clear need for a selection criterion in order to choose the "best" (i.e. geologically most plausible) one. Interpret...

3D Inversion of magnetic total gradient data in the presence of remanent magnetization

Inversion of magnetic data has long been hampered by the need to specify the direction of magnetization. We present a general approach that utilizes the minimal dependence on magnetization direction of amplitude and total gradient data and thereby overcome the difficulty associated with inversion when unknown remanent magnetization is present. To construct the inversion algorithm for the magnit...

Support vector regression with random output variable and probabilistic constraints

Support Vector Regression (SVR) solves regression problems based on the concept of Support Vector Machine (SVM). In this paper, a new model of SVR with probabilistic constraints is proposed that any of output data and bias are considered the random variables with uniform probability functions. Using the new proposed method, the optimal hyperplane regression can be obtained by solving a quadrati...
