Management of Class-I and -II Miller Recession Using Modified Technique: A Case Report

چکیده

Background: Gingival recession is characterized by the gingival margin move apically to mucogingival junction and cause root surface exposure. It causes a high incidence of caries, hypersensitivity interferes with appearance patient. A variety materials periodontal plastic surgery procedures are available correct problems cover surface. Some treatment modifications have been developed obtain optimal coverage better esthetics so that selection suitable treatments can affect results.
 Objective: To describe result using several treatment.
 Case Report: 42-year-old woman presented Dental Oral Hospital Hasanuddin University chief complaint sensitive teeth when eating sweets or rinsing. Intraoral examination revealed malposition 43 33, causing traumatic occlusion. Moreover, there were recessions in maxilla mandibular regions. Recession maxillary right (12, 13, 14, 15, 16) was treated tunneling technique combined platelet-rich fibrin (PRF); left (22, 24, 26) coronally advanced flap (CAF) PRF; on (33, 43) CAF subepithelial connective tissue graft (SCTG).
 Conclusion: All combination gave satisfactory results for patients but different times healing.
