چکیده

Among the main groups of chronic somatic diseases, it is rheumatological diseases that make biggest contribution to aggravation health. In structure causes for primary disability, pathology ranks second position after cardiovascular diseases. Gout a chronic, progressive disease associated with purine metabolism disorder, characterized by an increase in level uric acid blood (hyperuricemia) and deposition tissues musculoskeletal system internal organs sodium salt (urates) development acute arthritis formation gouty nodules (tophus). periodontitis are inflammatory their genesis underlying inflammation, which known as protective response triggered cellular damage caused agents activation non-specific resistance factors. This study aimed at investigating markers immune-inflammatory reaction patients comorbidity generalized gout. The results obtained can serve essential elements effective treatment prevention strategies this type comorbidity. A biochemical was conducted on venous samples from 60 male inpatients gout aged 30 59 years, who received rheumatology department Lviv Regional Clinical Hospital. Two were formed: group consisted gout; comparison included people but without pathology. compared data 20 healthy individuals (control group). concomitant demonstrate significant levels acute-phase protein C-RB pro-inflammatory interleukin IL-1β. elevated concentration C-reactive confirms presence latent inflammation be potentially attributed comorbid course periodontitis, may irritate endothelium through microcrystals toxins periodontal pocket microorganisms. Increased activity IL-1β, important factor initiating process release various mediators, indicates persistent subclinical autoinflammatory mechanisms.
