In 2021, Indonesia planned to build high-energy accelerator electrons for the sterilization of medical instruments. With transfer technology from Russia like civil engineering, architecture, electrical, mechanical, control system, and instrumentation. But some several core technologies electron reviews cavity material, strength material cavity, vacuum radiofrequency are not provided. For this reason, it is important review one accelerator. This paper will with software Finite Element Analysis (FEA) regarding ILU-14 Russia. Material made Oxygen free cooper density 8,89 – 8,94 [g/cm 3 ]. on power 100 KW can produce energy 7.5 MeV 10 MeV. The consists a 176 MHz acceleration structure based self-excited generator total five GI-50A tubes. diameter resonator about 800mm length 7875 9000 mm pressure more than −5 lTorr/s (0.133 x −2 lPa/s). results stress compare oxygen-free copper material.
