Mathematical Methods for 3D Reconstruction of Cell Structures

The study of the complicated architecture cell space structures is an important problem in biology and medical research. Optical cuts cells produced by confocal microscopes contain a lot information, however, most this unsubstantial for human vision. Therefore, it necessary to use mathematical algorithms visualization such images. Present software tools as OpenGL or DirectX run quickly graphic station with special cards, very unsatisfactory on PC without these cards outputs are usually poor real data. These black boxes common user make impossible correct improve them. With method proposed, more parameters environment can be set. quality output incomparable earlier described methods worth increasing computing time. We would like offer 3D scalar data describing new that standard PCs well.
