Mathematical modelling of cytosolic calcium concentration distribution using non-local fractional operator

<p style='text-indent:20px;'>The aim of this paper is to study the calcium profile governed by advection diffusion equation. The mathematical and computational modeling has provided insights understand signalling which depends upon cytosolic concentration. Here model includes important physiological parameters like coefficient, flow velocity etc. fractionalised using Hilfer derivative appropriate boundary conditions have been framed. use fractional order more advantageous than integer because non-local property differentiation operator i.e. next state system not only its current but also all preceeding states. Analytic solution equation arising in RBC found integral transform techniques. Since, generalisation Riemann- Liouville Caputo derivatives so, these two are deduced as special cases. numerical simulation done observe effects involved differential representing over concentration function time distance. significantly changed order.</p>
