چکیده

The correction of skeletal malocclusions in orthodontics has always been a contest for clinicians, especially non-growing individuals, and often necessitates the distalization maxillary or mandibular bases. To accomplish this, diverse treatment modalities have employed by researchers, most recent one is use extra-alveolar bone screws such as Infra-zygomatic Crest (IZC) implants. Unlike conventional methods extraction orthognathic surgery, this technique an effective efficient alternative predictable total arch borderline surgical cases, without interfering with root movements minimal dependence on patient compliance. For achieving displacement teeth bodily controlled manner, appropriate direction magnitude force must be carefully chosen. Therefore, case report attempts to measure amount pattern molar using implants long power arms workable option, 18-year-old female Class II pattern, no extra mini-implants anterior region intrusion.
