Medical Image Transmission Using Novel Crypto-Compression Scheme

The transmission of medical records over indiscrete and open networks has caused an increase in fraud involving stealing patients’ information, owing to a lack security these links. An individual’s documents represent confidential information that demands strict protocols security, chiefly protect the identity. Medical image protection is technology intended transmit digital data images securely public networks. This paper presents some background on different methods used provide authentication security. work develops secure cryptography-based reclamation algorithm based combination techniques: discrete cosine transform, steganography, watermarking. novel takes form uses transform method with artificial intelligence watermarking calculate peak signal-to-noise ratio values for images. proposed framework underlying algorithms perform encryption decryption while retaining high value. value hidden using scrambling algorithm; therefore, unique patient password required access real image. technique demonstrated be robust thus able prevent data. results simulation experiments are presented, accuracy new by comparisons various previously validated algorithms.
