Biological warfare has attracted people since the earliest times. During Cold War, bio-weapons were part of arsenal both world superpowers. The Convention prohibiting production, storage, transfer and use potential biological weapons (BWC) was signed 50 years ago. question arises how sincere signatory states in its implementation. rapid development molecular biology raised awareness about misuse terms creating new more dangerous bio-weapons, as well ethics biomedical research. anthrax campaign USA represents a turning point after which mass destruction (WMD), including ones, become narrative that accompanies each war conflict. Epidemics pandemics avian swine flu, Zika virus, SARS, MERS COVID-19, their implications, have proved significance multidisciplinary approach to study microorganisms, epidemiological, microbiological, genetic antigenic characteristics, methods diagnosis, prevention treatment, not only from biomedical, but also security aspect. Perhaps 50th anniversary is right time ask why International Expert Body for controlling implementation BTWC provisions been constituted yet.

این پژوهش با هدف "بررسی وضعیت موجود آموزش عالی مجازی در ایران و راههای توسعه و ارتقای آن " و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی صورت پذیرفته است. بررسی اسنادو مدارک موجود در زمینه آموزش مجازی نشان داد تعداد دانشجویان و مقاطع تحصیلی و رشته محل های دوره های الکترونیکی چندان مطلوب نبوده و از نظر کیفی نیز وضعیت شاخص خدمات آموزشی اساتید و وضعیت شبکه اینترنت در محیط آموزش مجازی نامطلوب است.
