چکیده
Herein, a simple one-step microwave irradiation technique has been used to synthesize the silver nanoparticles using nitrate (AgNO3) solution and cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as stabilizing agent. The crystals of as-prepared were studied X-ray diffraction (XRD) selected area electron (SAED) pattern, confirming single-phase face-centered cubic structure. optical property measured UV-Vis spectroscopy shows an absorption maximum at 420 nm, which also confirms formation nanoparticles. Transmission microscopy (TEM) analysis revealed that have spherical shape with average diameter ~6 nm. antibacterial properties investigated both Gram-positive Gram-negative microorganisms, such Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, andEscherichia coli. Klebsiella pneumoniae, Candida albicans. Results showed highest zone inhibition about 35 mm against P. aeruginosa compared E. coli (21 mm), S. aureus (30 K. pneumonia (28 C. albicans (29 mm). These studies suggested prepared by this fast effective method might be developed agents extensive range microorganisms control stop spreading persistence bacterial infections.
