Miniaturized Power Divider With Triple-Band Filtering Response Using Coupled Line

This proposed work describes a miniaturized and simple power divider that uses coupled lines for triple-band filtering. The intended setup included an isolation resistor connecting the output feed through Structure-3 line-based microstrip resonators connected to input line. presented achieves three passbands with filtering response. first second are achieved by line includes Resonator-1 Resonator-2 of structure. third passband is realized due Resonator-3. Furthermore, varying structural parameter designed divider, resonance frequencies all can be controlled because changes in their equivalent lumped parameters. frequency mainly depends on its inductance capacitance value. For validation simulation result, structure has been fabricated tested. experimental results denote prototype fractional bandwidth (|S21|<-3 dB) about 20.0 % (1.1 GHz 1.35 GHz), 37.0 (2.0 2.9 15.0 (3.25 3.8 GHz) respectively first, pass-bands. arrangement shows above 18 dB bands downsized 0.1λ g × 0.12λ (25 mm 30 mm) according operating passband. triple band performance developed component good reflection coefficient. frequencies, which suitable application L -band, WLAN, sub-6 5G, include 1.23 GHz, 2.41 3.55 GHz.
