چکیده

This article is about mixed-mode multiphase sinusoidal oscillators that are made up of differential voltage current conveyor transconductance amplifier (DVCCTA) and use all the grounded passive components. The proposed provide a single DVCCTA, resistor capacitor for each phase which suitable integrated circuit implementation. In addition, outputs generate currents voltages simultaneously. signals from have high impedances, make it easier to connect them directly next or stage. circuits can both equally phased in amplitude. oscillation be adjusted simultaneously frequency by electronic method. A simulation with PSPICE program an experiment commercially available ICs (AD830, AD844, LM13700N) demonstrated. results show efficiency completely consistent theory.

Current-mode resistorless sinusoidal oscillators and a dual-phase square-wave generator using current-controlled current-differencing transconductance amplifiers and grounded capacitors

In this paper, two new designs for current-mode (CM) resistorless sinusoidal oscillators based on current-controlled current-differencing transconductance amplifiers (CCCDTAs) are presented. Each of the proposed oscillators employs a single CCCDTA along with two grounded capacitors, and the oscillation condition and frequency can be orthogonally controlled using the bias currents of the CCCDTA....
