Model predictive control for DAB under extended‐phase‐shift considering components uncertainty

For the dual active bridge (DAB) DC-DC converters, parameter uncertainty (circuit parameters, input and/or load perturbations) affect their performance, such as dynamic performance and backflow power. Here, to deal with uncertainties, a robust model predictive control (RMPC) for DAB converter under extended-phase-shift (EPS) is proposed improve reduce power of first time. First, cost function consisting output voltage established. Second, considering circuit term added prediction increase robustness. Finally, effectiveness superiority method are verified by experiments comparisons existing methods. The RMPC shows superior in sense improved reduced
