Modeling of energy-efficient direct torque control system for traction induction motor

A brief analysis of existing control systems for traction electric drives with induction motors has been carried out, as a result which it established that vector and direct torque are the most promising. The comparative characteristic these according to different parameters drive quality shown in energy-saving algorithms is appropriate use control. work aims simulate system, provides reduction power losses an asynchronous motor. value stator winding factor chosen action. calculation functional dependences between main system motor synthesized, fulfillment allows reducing duce losses. diagram energy-efficient given. hardware this does not differ from currently used frequency converters. In channel converter, three-level autonomous voltage inverter locking diodes used. results modeling 11 kW motor, showed adequacy developed model performance synthesized efficiency increases 18% compared classical system.
