Bias deployable grids are meshes with two directions of rotation on the ground plan respect to edges. They offer benefits such as three-dimensional resistance supports around entire perimeter a rectangular layout, and consist exclusively load-bearing scissors opposed usual combinations bracing scissors. However, their angular distortion is limited, they require auxiliary elements maintain fully deployed position. Nevertheless, very promising solutions for medium-span emergency buildings. This paper proposes bistable module adapted bias structures. The geometrical incompatibilities several modules analysed together behaviour based kinematic models that were built, which alternate different types nodes geometries scissors, making it possible calibrate level incompatibility introduced. dimensions also taken into account. tests checked against results series dynamic calculations.
