All patients had articular defect ranging from 27-46% confirmed computerised tomography. surgeries were by single team surgeons. After 24 weeks follow up mean age 32 years, all found have excellent results in terms ROWE constant score. Patients significant reduction VAS Timely diagnosis involvement plays vital role management which computed tomography has pivotal role. Depending upon involvement, line is be decided. So, it can concluded that, &gt;25% following shoulder, better achieved modified procedure radiographic union clinical scoring.</p>

Modified McLaughlin technique for neglected locked posterior dislocation of the shoulder.
Several surgical techniques have been described for the treatment of posterior shoulder dislocation depending on the time elapsed between injury and surgery and the size of the humeral head impression fracture. When the bone defect is between 25% and 50% of the articular surface of the head, the procedures of choice are autologous bone graft or allograft or subscapularis tendon or lesser tubero...

متن کاملManagement and Prognostic Factors for Delayed Reconstruction of Neglected Posterior Shoulder Fracture-Dislocation
INTRODUCTION Posterior fracture-dislocations of the shoulder are rare conditions. Misdiagnosis can occur in 50% - 80% of the patients. Due to the size of the lesion, stability of the joint could not be achieved with transfer of subscapular tendon or tuberosity. CASE PRESENTATION A 54-year-old male patient was referred to our hospital with a neglected posterior shoulder fracture-dislocation. F...
