چکیده
In this paper, the two-temperature theory is used to examine a novel model that generalizes Moore–Gibson–Thompson (MGT) effect according two-dimensional electronic/thermoelastic deformation. The main equations for semiconductor medium in context of impact rotation are explained terms initial hydrostatic stress at free surface. normal-mode approach derive precise formulae fundamental physical quantities (i.e., normal displacement, load stress, electronic diffusion (carrier density), dynamic and conductive temperature distribution) under influence coefficient. comparison with base state performed using linear stability analysis. To make some comparisons based on various values thermal memories, number parameters applied each our primary quantities, such as parameter stress. An example fields’ perturbation also obtained graphically described.

Effects of Gravitational and Hydrostatic Initial Stress on a Two-Temperature Fiber-Reinforced Thermoelastic Medium for Three-Phase-Lag
The three-phase-lag model and Green–Naghdi theory without energy dissipation are employed to study the deformation of a two-temperature fiber-reinforced medium with an internal heat source that is moving with a constant speed under a hydrostatic initial stress and the gravity field. The modulus of the elasticity is given as a linear function of the reference temperature. The exact expressions ...

متن کاملDynamic Stability Analysis of a Beam Excited by a Sequence of Moving Mass Particles
In this paper, the dynamic stability analysis of a simply supported beam carrying a sequence of moving masses is investigated. Many applications such as motion of vehicles or trains on bridges, cranes transporting loads along their span, fluid transfer pipe systems and the barrel of different weapons can be represented as a flexible beam carrying moving masses. The periodical traverse of masses...
متن کاملGlobal Stability for Thermal Convection in a Couple Stress Fluid Saturating a Porous Medium with Temperature-Pressure Dependent Viscosity: Galerkin Method
A global nonlinear stability analysis is performed for a couple-stress fluid layer heated from below saturating a porous medium with temperature-pressure dependent viscosity for different conducting boundary systems. Here, the global nonlinear stability threshold for convection is exactly the same as the linear instability boundary. This optimal result is important because it shows that lineari...
متن کاملSulfadimethoxine degradation kinetics in manure as affected by initial concentration, moisture, and temperature.
Sulfadimethoxine is a widely used sulfonamide veterinary antibiotic and could be a source of agricultural contamination. Therefore, information is needed about its degradation kinetics in manure under aerobic conditions. Based on the analysis of first-order kinetics and the assumption that sulfadimethoxine availability for degradation in manure could be limiting, a new kinetic model was develop...
