This paper presents a novel method for multi-objective optimisation under uncertainty developed to study range of mission trade-offs, and the impact uncertainties on evaluation launch system designs. A memetic algorithm, named MODHOC, which combines Direct Finite Elements in Time transcription with Multi Agent Collaborative Search, is extended account model uncertainties.
