The Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodology has been adopted in the construction industry, supporting development of projects. Its implementation improved collaboration and integration design context, increasing accuracy project preparation decreasing additional costs delays work. main objective present research is to provide an overview state art BIM applications, namely, concerning planning. For that, generation a 3D model, involving disciplines architecture, structures water supply system was performed. After, over model conflict analysis applied, order verify consistency all disciplines, when linked together. In obtain visual simulation process, correspondent 4D also generated. Along study, distinct software applied case study. remarks capacities software, as well benefits limitations verified were identified.
