This paper proposed a novel multi-spacecraft tracking and data association method based on the orbit uncertainty propagation. The makes full use of dynamic information thus performance is enhanced. divided into three portions, i.e., propagation, association, estimation. second-order solutions derived for state measurement prediction, which to base optimal are set up. solved by contract network algorithm reduce computing cost. Finally, extended Kalman filter designed estimate each spacecraft. successfully applied solving four-spacecraft problem. Simulations show that all four targets well tracked. demonstrates close 100% precision. proved be efficient effective solve
